Right here goes,
Currently at uni doing a degree in Civil Engineering. I've just finished my 2nd year and have a job interview on Monday for a 13 week summer placement. It states in the email that the interview is only a 10 minitue informal one so I don't know how positive to be about that. The problem is that they asked me to bring along the usual stuff like national insurance card etc as well as a form declaring if I have any criminal convictions or court hearings. For the record I don't have and criminal convictions but I have a court date in October (the placement would have finished by then) for a petty thing that I'm sure will get thrown out or admonished.
Do I admit and say yes and provide the details in the hope that they are ok with it or do I say no and hope that they don't check?
