Saxo vtr running / idle problem

Ive done a 1.5d to vtr conversion
The car starts and runs but it was lumpy on startup then i blocked the air breather hose and it was fine. But all the sudden it started revving high... Now runs at about 3k revs
Can anyone tell me what i should try doing??
Also anyone got alternator wiring diagram and fan wiring?? HELP

I changed my timing belt and mine was shit for a while, it cleared itself up after a little while, could just be clogged and crappy!
