If it's because the axel has play in it you can simply swap everything from disc axel onto the drum and make it disc. I did it with loads of my pugs. I'm running an ax Gti axel in my 106 with a disc setup. Everythin will swap over.

My axle is shot and the torsion bars are stuck i think i will just have the drums for now until i will get a recon one.
I have a one more question is it hard to put new drum brakes in the car? i am thinking to put new because they look rusty and i don't think the will hold good :)
Thank you.

Strip the brakes off the drum axle, and remove the stub pins, then transfer all of your discs set-up, including the stub pins as they are longer, onto the good axle. Doing that will save you a shit load of work and you will still have a disc brake set-up.
