Hi i bought some clips for the exsterior of my sax...

Put them on fine but.... the new clips still arent holding tight to the body of the car.. is there anything else that i need to use or are these clips meant to clip in tight to the body without glue? ect.. many thanks Jamie

Which parts of the body ???

If its the Lower trim (bottom of door and quarter) the seam sealer is normally used as well as the clips

if its for the wheel arch you can bolt them on so they sit tighter to the car.

Wheel arches basically they wont go on tight to the car, bolts will add more weight to the car... supose it wont be noticable.

thanks for your help guys.

For arches definately use bolts 100%, theyre only small so dont add any noticable weight. plus the arches will always sit completely flush with the bodywork and they'll never need replacing. For door moulds or lower part of rear arch use something like sikaflex (think thats correct spelling) or tigerseal and itll be stuck solid :)

hope that helps
