Need Help..

I want to use this picture of my wheels as my avatar but its too large.. Ive tried imageshack.us but it wont make it small enough to fit..

If anyone can this for me so as it fits for my avatar i would be most appreciative..

or if you have windows you can use google to search for an application that lets you resize images....its called something like image re-sizer for windows i think....i have it and its VERY quick to do, simply right click on the picture and off you go...!
