Rear axle lowering in Lancashire

Hi!
I'm new here so at the beginning I would like to say hello :) I looking someone to lower rear axle in my Saxo VTR 2000 in Lancashire (Preston, Blackpool ...) All the mechanics in the area are not able to do that or they want 200 pounds because for them this is a job for 2 days? I know it would be easier to do it yourself, but I have a problem with my hand and I do not feel up to it . I'll be very grateful for your help :) Thanks!
