before my torsion bar is likely to seize up again, paid £180 about a year and a half ago to get the torsion bar unseized and lowered. bt i've not touched it since then and im wondering how long its gonna be until it seizes up again! anyone know?

if the guy who did it had any brain cells then he will have coated them in copper grease before putting them back in which will make them much easier to pull out again if need be. if not then how long's a piece of string.

u can unsieze them with heat, ie blow otrch or a coke and wd40 mix i beleive lol,
s34mer - if u need a cheap place to get it done again go to abp motorsport in nantwich its a bit of a drive from you but its only 80 quid

rust, they dont assemble them with the mind that they will ever be taken apart so bare metal on metal in such an open place to moisture = rust

£80 just for the tosion bar? My mate in Stafford charges £60, not sure bout the price if its siezed but still cheaper if ur local, i think its £110 for whole car, pm me if u want his number hes been a mechanic 9 yrs so he knows wat hes doin
