If the immobiliser light is flashing, clearly there's an immobiliser fault :p

Does it have a keypad? or did it ever have a keypad?

If the keypad was removed to "unlock" the ECU you will need another to unlock it again.

I know, I tried to hard wire in all the things the immobiliser cut out, coil pack, fuel pump and it still wouldn't start, never had a key pad, has a chip in both keys but that is it

you can't hard wire distributorless ignition ;)

The immob cuts injectors and spark. power still gets to the coil pack, it just doesn't fire.

Put your fuel pump back to standard, does it prime when you turn on the ignition?

No it doesn't prime up, that's why I took a bit of wire straight off the battery to it ;)

Crank sensor could be at fault here but it sounds like the immobiliser has locked itself if you've got the light flashing

If it doesn't prime, the ECU has an internal fault.

the pump ALWAYS primes regardless of immobiliser state.

Unless the fuel relay under the ECU has died.

Take the relay out from under the ecu ,clean the contacts and re-insert.

Unlocked ECU and serial pin removed.

Pins*

It's just a earth op.

Check all 3 are on gearbox then check the wires that run up to the 4 main fuses.

... Ecu fault becuase he changed the gearbox not sure if srs.
