just got a renewal quote for my quicksilver... £2120... tpft!!! what a load of bollocks!!!

For my 1.1i saxo it was £1300, when it got written off i changed the policy to my quicksilver... £58 on top of the £1300. (with asda)

The claim is still not settled (to my knowledge) and on the form they have put i have 0 no claims... i thought they had to wait until it was settled for that?

18, 1.4i quicksilver, okish area, alarm fitted, no mods, and an unsettled claim... been driving a year etc... think its a load of crap! :rage:

go on confused.com (http://www.confused.com/) or MonrySupermarket.com (http://www.insuresupermarket.com/motor/motorstep1.asp). They both search through major insurance companies to give you the best deal....

Once you have found the best deal you can try othe companies such as Adrian Flux or quinn and ask them if they can beat the price you were given....

Thats what i will be doing next year.

also say you will be doing only 2000 miles or something small which will also reduce the cost....
