...between Waxing and Polishing?
If there is a difference, would it improve results to do both? If so, what order should you do it in to gain better results?

there is a difference and someone can explain it better than me.
polishing - takes out fine scratches in the lacquer if done correctly
waxing protects and provides the 'sparkle'
polish first then wax.

not much of a cleaning whore are ya mate lol :)
seriousley polishing is basically feeding the paint oils to enhance the gloss and depth of clarity.
waxing is adding a barrier on top of the polish to seal it in. i would personally use a sealant and then add the wax but the usual steps are:
clean
polish
wax
meg's do that 3-step thing in seperate bottles.

oh right i've done both just werent sure on the difference between em. lol. i'm so chuffed with megs stuff. its amazing
