Spraying grille??

Hey guys,

I have just purchased a mrk 2 standard grille and i am wanting to spray it posi blue. I just want to know if it is easy to spray and would appreciate it if anyone who has done their own could post up some pics or just give me some vital tips.

P.S i have seen different colour posi blues so i dont know which to use??
