Standard CD player

Hey

So my standard CD player has packed in! Common I guess for these French cars :) Can't do without my music so went to the local halfords to pick up a CD player for the time being and also purchased some stereo release pins.

I can't get the standard head unit out and the pins aren't working. Any body shed some light on what I should try next?

Piece of cake :) however my standard aerial is not compatible. No smooth radio for me for a little while !

All good, sorted now mate thanks all the same. I just need to sort out the aeriel. Any ideas?
