Do cruises still happen? If they do where the best place to find information on em? Or has it died down now?

Nope. Not as such unless it's organised well. Police have stamped on the Car scene cos of dick heads in their Corsa's blapping it off on an Omex. Too many crashed scoobys and BMWs showing off.
Static meets do frequent though.

Yeah I thought as much, been looking around can't see anything about em at all. Haven't been to one in a while, be nice to see what's happening these days. Any idea where the best place to get any info would be?

Where abouts in London are you from?
There used to be west London collectives every Sunday in hays, and recently at Beaconsfield services on the m40.
It's never much a planned thing until it randomly kicks off every Sunday and then everyone starts talking on fb about it

I'm in Harlesden, not too far from Hayes really. I'll have a look on FB.

They do still happen if you check your local fb pages.
It's not something that interests me a single bit tbh. 99% it's a chav fest and it usually ends up with someone bumping someone or the likes.

10,000 omex's, not exaggerated at all
Astra VXR with a hard cut limiter almost killing his engine
A 12 year old in a Z20LET swapped corsa C

Prickle organises them quite often, pm him and see when the next one is. He usually had them in Maccy D's car parks but you need to bring your own trays.

Why dip them? I have a catalog of diseases from them already.
Btw I didn't laugh

Last meet i went to was with some of the guys from here in coventry, about 3 years ago :/ thingsain't like how they used to be 10 years ago (max power days) with a lot of street racing on weekends and big ass car meets at some sort of giant retail carpark..
thing is these days you see the odd nice car driving about but most of the youth now are a bit... whats the word... eco friendly?
