Where did you go? I popped to the magpie for tea, got myself some nice fishcakes to start, grilled monkfish for a main and some jam roly poly for dessert!

We also went to the magpie, but the takeaway bit next to it. It seemed to be the only chippy open on a saturday evening! And it took fookin ages to get served. Then just had a wander around to get some of dat fresh sea air.

Well to be fair, you live in Yorkshire don't you and I live in Middlesbrough... You should go to the restaurant bit one evening when the queue is non-existent, it's pretty good, if expensive.

Yes I'm a 30 min drive north of York. Will have to go, I've heard it's the one to go to in Whitby. I just remember there being massive queues right out of the door everytime we visited in the past!
