No idea what it's called! Gears are crunchy, not from the box but through the stick, stiff to get into gear and is clunky( gears never crunch though ) ive got the Group N adjustable linkages compbrake quickshift and the GE one in the bay, sometimes they're smooth, other times real crunchy? clutch is around 5 months old, ive read it can be the rubber ball worn on the end of the selector arm, now I'm pretty sure ive read somewhere that you can pull the rubber ball off and drill a hole in a golf ball or bouncy ball and glue it on and refit, is this the case? Sorry if this makes no sense, eyes are barely staying open

106parts and others stock them probably ebay too, think its about 50 quid. You could probably fit a different ball in its place but thats if you can bond it to the metal arm securely enough which I'd doubt. I found the washer behind the selector input arm works better, what gearbox oil are you running too?
Have to say though my gear shift feel with the washer mod, constella linkages, compbrake etc i've done isnt the nicest feeling in the world but its okay
