Drivers side door

The manual lock on the drivers side door does not turn at all, any ideas what this could be? not removed the door card as off yet but will do the morn

Maybe lose wire on it not allowing to lock up then again if manual might be seased up or got stuck could be anything. get panels off and go from their might even be bar come off it.
