Dear Taylaa 123,
You may want to check that you have a good feed and a good earth first.
If my memory serves me correctly, there are two types of power steering pumps,( one with a built in reservoir ) and the other type has a remote type of reservoir fitted. My daughters Saxo has the 2nd type fitted to her car.
There should be 2 wires on the end of pump underneath the passenger side wheel arch a thick red one and a thick black one. you should aim to have 12v with out the engine running on both wires, and aim to have 13.6v to 14.,2v with the engine running:y:
Don,t ring Citroen for a price for a new one as hers would be £ 622.55 inc vat:fcuk::wall:
I hoe this helps:hug:
