im very fond of the Saxo to be honest. the one reason why i might go for a gti is that they hold their value more and theyre less common. otherwise i prefer the good old saxo

Well...i wanted the 106GTI but they said "no you have to be 21 to insure that." so i suppose a VTS is a no no then? "not at all Owen here have a car thats 1 insurance group higher!" made no sense to me. 106 gti mate :thumbup:

wow is all i can say. I was steering towards the gti for the simple reason (as someone else said) they hold value alot better. Also reading vts and 106 gti reviews, although both good.. the 106 gti reviews take over if u know what i mean

106 GTi over the VTS... Especially as I've owned five Saxo's now :-S

The 106 doesn't come with that stereotypical chav or boyracer image... The leather was only present in later models. I think it depends what you're going to do with it (regards to styling, etc...).
