I've had a lot of problems with my mum withen the past year, she is so unreasonable and finds any chance at all to shout/scream/throw things at me and my brother.
It's got a lot worse in the last months and it's every fucking night, one thing after another just find any stupid oppurtunity to shout at every fucking one.
Tonight, my brother watch tv instead of doing his work so she's throwing a fucking fit, I've had a pair of shoes thrown at me already just because I was in the way "Fuck off you twat get upstairs" (wtf?), I don't understand what her problem is.
Both of us are getting good grades and we are relatively nice I would of thought.
Any advice on what I should do, at the moment I feel like just putting a brick through her face. Also considering moving out for the time being because I can't take this bollucks any longer. Possible move to grandparents or a friends house. :rage:
My brothers only 10 and she fucking rips him apart every night. bitch.
Help would be much appreciated. thanks, scott

Are your parents still together mate? If so are they having any problems?
Best thing to do is to talk to her, dont argue but sit down and ask if there is anything wrong.

talk to her about it.. tell her how you feel.. if you dont feel up to that.. speak to your dad.. and ask him to have a word..

also, if she seems to be looking for an argument.. dont help her find one..
if she says you're wrong.. just say, ok. then walk away..
i have the same problem with my dad alot of the time..

sit down and try and talk to her to get to the root of the problem. something must have triggered this off if it wasnt happening in the past. if shes still being unreasonable maybe its best to get her some counciling or see a doctor coz you cant just be constantly pissed off at people.

thanks for the help. Don't think I'll confront her just yet, I'd like to live till I'm 18 :)

how old is she? if you dont mind me asking. a lot of women go a bit weird when they are going through their menopause. believe me i've had first hand experience of it.

can last for a couple of years i'm afraid. she's the right sort of age so it could quite possible be the case. most women get used to it though and it calms down after a while

As quoted from my mother "Arg, lasts for bloody years". Mum went through it in her late 30s which was pretty awful for all of us.
You just have to bear with your old ma'

Try to sit down with your mum and dad, that way any problems can be discussed and if she starts arguing or raising her voice, there will be 2 people to calm her down. Before you start talking, say to her that if any voices are raised (dont specify hers, otherwise she will feel like a target) then you will walk away and go out without saying anything.
