headlight/ air intake

Ive seen a saxo with the air intake in the headlight the other day, they were units with i think 3 round lenses in each, but 1 was an air intake. Are these angel eyes which have been nodded? Any advice? Cheers

They are called morettes.

Yeah, i remembered the search button After posting. Had a look on ebay and tinterweb and there doesn't appear to be any second hand knocking about at the moment

Right, been talking to a lad from near me who may be selling some morrette h4's soon. Whats the difference between h4 and h7? Can either be used for an air intake and still have all lights needed to be road legal? Whats the difference?

H4's have the side light and main beams in the large outside bulb. The middle is only for fog lights so they can be taken out. I think H7 have the sidelights in the middle so all bulbs are needed.

guys I've just got a set of morettes for my mk1 saxo and i want to know the size of the cold feed trumpet that replaces the inner light units none seem to know

Got my trumpet off auto silcone hoses on ebay think it was £8 and they do a couple different sizes and colours.
