Most of you wont be bothered by this thread, but it might be interest to some of you.
Here's my 1985 Honda XL 250. I've had this for around seven years. I bought it off my mates father in law for the bargain price of £100. It had no history, 10k on the prior to me getting it in 2008 it hadn't been taxed since 1993.
Story was my mates father in law bought it tried to kick it over, fell over and broke his leg and never touched it.

So since 2011 it was left in the garage at my parents and they've finally had enough of it sitting there so I've just brought it home.
She's looking a little rough at the minute.

So I'm going to do a little work and get her running again.
Plans are:
New chain
New Brake shoes (front and rear)
A service
New clutch cable
Once I get her running again I'll tart her up a bit. I'll get the swing arm powder coated along with a few odds and sods.
Worst part is the headers are looking rough. Hopefully they'll clean up, if not I'll have to try and find some replacements.
