Last night started to get a little discomfort in my heal.

This morning was sore as hell now its fucking killing. I cant put any pressure at all on my foot as it gives a sharp shooting pain all the way up my leg. Im hoping around the office like iv shit my pants.

A little google seach and it says i should go to my doctors but its stats it only needs resting. How the hell do you rest your feet to get rid of brusiing.
