Hi my gear stick has alot of play

Is could be gear selector

Would a quick shift be a better upgrade than getting ut sorted

I am just using car for normal driving nothing else

So its the roll pins i needed

Hoprfully i dint need a new gear box

It goes in gear but with a lot of effort and play.

Hi i did the full linkage repkacment tgr play is gone

It is stiff going into 2 gear

The nylon ball that fits into the pivit is a tight fit that i am sure id problem

What is best solution

It's supposed to be tight.

That wouldn't make one gear stiff, that would make them all stiff. Spray it with some grease.

Least its still in place - that's a good start...... mine fell off and gave me a LOT of play haha :)

Its still stiff into second

It crunches if i force it in

I noticed the ball on the selector is at angle when in 2nd

It is a really tight fit

Maybe linkages need adjusting if they can be

The grease i used is a white grease in a spray can it is quite thin

It will need to be applied every couple of days

Is there a more thicker robust grease that will last without applying it so oftin
