Hi all , just bought my 1st Saxo vtr :) , tidy little car as a run about as I'm more of a bike man.
I have no mechanical knowledge but will be having a go at replacing the driveshaft soon :s

Quick question, why does no one want to lower this for me , all I get is people saying they won't bother as it's a torsion bar ?

I would upload a picture but I don't know how

Welcome to sax-p,people won't lower because the torsion bar often seizes on these making it a right pita.

Welcome. Looks smart.

Like Stevo said, they're usually seized up really really badly!

As much as I like this , I've been looking on you tube for performance parts and upgrades and kinda wish I waited to find a vts

Plenty of info on here if you wanted to do a vts conversion mate.

These are not as nippy as the VTS but better on fuel and insurance. They're still nippy and great fun to drive. Enjoy!

There’s not a massive difference between the two in the grand scheme. It’s not like you’re comparing a Micra with a GTR. The VTR and VTS are both nippy little hatches, enjoy it for what it is :y:.
