Lightly touch the throttle (10%?) hold it there and itll chug, missfire ect.
Apply more throttle and it will clear and be fine.
No fault cods are showing on diagnostics.
Throttle bodie cleaned, ICV cleaned, tenp sesnor new, crank sensor cleaned, map sensor cleaned, new lambda sensor too.
Just not sure what to do now ive looked on every forum too!
Any help would be greatly apprechiated.

You checked injectors/injector loom?
Had a similar issue on my old S, the loom was fucked.

Sorry to jump in here but any tips on testing the loom, I've had a similar problem, so could help us both here.

Mine didn't need to be tested, as it was quite clearly shagged.
IIRC the loom runs under the inlet manifold cover, so need to pop that off to see.
If you've got a continuity tester, you can test at either end of the loom section to see if there's a wire break.

I didnt realise that i thought the crank sensor either wirked or didnt!
Other than crank sensor i guess im looking at ecu fault..

Tried that, I've got continuity along all wires but a split in one of the rubber angles so may replace mine anyway

Crank sensor can play a dodgy part. My injectors were firing weird, cylinders 1 2 3 were 2ms but cylinder 4 jumped to 17ms at times, changed the crank and everything evened out again...crank will control spark aswell

The crank sensor takes a reading from the flywheel, then converts it to a signal.Which in turn is fed to the coil pack.

Just to add, I also had crank sensor issues.
Turned out the sensor was faulty, and again, the wires leading to the plug were damaged and needed to be replaced.

Cut out last night and instantly restarted with turn of the key.

Ok so fuel pump hasnt cured it. So the list is;
Plugs
Coil pack
Map sensor
Crank sensor
Tps
Icv
Air temp
Lambda sensor
Fuel pump
Fuel filter
Left battery off over night
No air leaks

Check compression, injectors, timing. I've got exact same problem but found an injector that's a bit dodgy and it broke after I wobbled it so got a replacement set on the way but my next check will be my timing setup

Is it definitley misfiring or is it is fueling problem?
Air leak? (Intake system)
