Power Steering Not Working

Hi,
My power steering has suddenly stopped working on my Saxo Desire 1.1 (2001)

There is plenty of fluid in the reservoir and the fuse is ok. The pump doesn't seem to kick in or make a noise when the car ignition is turned.
Initial thought is the relay, then the pump.
Anyone any thoughts on this and where i can buy a new relay to try?

New relay can be had from citroen,start the car then give the pump a gentle tap with a mallet.It's only a temp fix though.

unplug it and see if its getting the 12v, obvs change relay if its not. if it is then a few gentle taps should help free it up. if you get plenty of time they are easy took apart and cleaned up
