On hard braking my rear brakes lock. My front brakes dont seem to be braking at all...
Also got uprated 266mm brakes and its still the same...

Rear bias/load valve more than likely (if fitted that is). Back the adjuster screw out til you find a good balance so it'll stop it happening, however more than likely it'll need replacing if totally rusty and seized. Can be prices new along with the screw and Spring so sometimes it's cheaper to run your own lines and put in an after market proportioning valve

right you are - nearside rear
will be easier to access with the wheel off i should think. i had this problem, as others have said and likewise when i was trying to source one, for the amount of time and money you'll spend sourcing an oem part just buy a wilwood or similar, they aren't dear.
You then also have the advantage of being able to run your own lines and move the adjuster to inside the vehicle - within arms reach - and you dont have to get under the car to make tiny adjustments each time you drive the car on a different track/conditions etc etc
someone told me when i had this problem the best way to do it is trial and error lol - tweak it until the car squats rather than dives
