Last years model of that sub was really good. There normally £60 each so 2 for £100 with a box is a bargain. Just watch out though cause they need a decent whack of power them.

Just to give you a little tip about caraudiocentre.co.uk, they do not have a very good reputation for selling.

You may find that you order the products that you want, and then some time after ordering you will recieve a phone call stating that they are out of stock and they will try selling you "In-Phase" products.

Using quotes like "they are just as good, if not better than what you originally ordered.

When in fact In Phase gear is Car Audio Centre's own brand. Many people have complained about this and if you do choose to order from them and you get a phone call, be sure to tell them you want your money back and do not agree to take the replacement gear.

To answer you question thought, they are decent budget subs. Another along the same price line are the JBL GT4 (http://www.motor-world.co.uk/kroozin/show_prod.php?prod_id=5450)/1202D (http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=4235).

The amp you stated would be underpowering them by far unfortunatly. Something more along the lines of this (JBL GTO601.1 (http://www.caraudiodirect.co.uk/product_info.php?products_id=4134)) would be better suited.

I agree, car audio direct is a great website, great prices, great delivery, and more importantly great customer service. I have bought many products from them and am a member (and frequent poster) of their former, highly regarded (talkaudio.com) forum, but as said by Davekelz I was not talking about them.

These are just a few negative topics on the subject of Car Audio Centre. Unfortunatly many innocent people fall for this scam, people that do not have substantial knowledge of ICE trust the word of a online store. It is a shame that a company with that sort of influence over people would screw so many people out of money like that but it happens.

If you can spare an extra £10, then here is the same deal from a much more reliable source. Double 12" TSW subs and box package (http://caraudiosecurity.com/shop/product/products_id/3692.html), and I still suggest the JBL amp I recommended above.
