Hi guys

bought a vts a few weeks back and getting round to getting it mechanically sound, so im starting to think about styling options.

its in a light blue, not sure what its called but looks pretty similiar to EYL moonstone blue that i had on my 206.
i dont think it really suits a vts, there's not a lot you can do with it.

my silver vtr has gloss black everything with a few purple bits here and there for a personal touch, and i was happy with how it looked, really stood out. Not overstated, just clean.

a lot of people go white wheels, but further than this what is there to do?
it's all coded in at the moment, grill, rub strips etc all one colour, but its just BORING to look at.
Just wondered what other people have done, if nothing else then will respray i suppose... still waiting on log book but im sure it said grey not blue, so might go for like a dark grey or maybe a nice silver?

This.

Other than lowering it on some decent alloys they look good standard. Just give the paintwork a refresh, keep on top of it and replace anything that's looking tired. A clean car looks good whether it's modded or not.

The colour is known as icelandic grey.

The car is a total mess right now, i did make a build thread but at its just the car as is. It'll need a new front bumper and a pair of wings including the arches, so if I can get it done reasonably cheap Id love to go white and just respray.
I want another bootlid too as its smoothed and dewipered but has a horrible show spoiler on it (just why?) That I can't get off without fucking the paint anyway.

The bumper on it now is colour coded and it would look clean but it's just plain! I've got a set of 16 inch avantgardes that will fit it with decent tyres but they might be over the top.

It will be lowered properly and I'm still umming and aahing between bodies or turbo route.

Do you think it would look ok all colour coded and smoothed out, or too much of one colour? I've got sets of black headlights, and maybe a black mouth and grill, but then it's virtually the same as my vtr style wise.

Has anyone gone smooth and coded in icelandic grey? Thanks for the paint name Steve.
