Nope you'd have to cut some metal to the correct size mate.

I used acrylic/Perspex stuff but that ended up cracking around the rivets so I bought some Ali sheet and put that on with new rivets. Much better

As above, aluminium sheet riveted in and sealed up.

There was a time that you could buy a non sunroof skin from citroen/pug,they're pretty rare.Replying to the above statement about cutting one out,do realis the amount of work involved?

Yes, it is what I have done to mine. Removing the original panel is NOT that hard. BeanieSport fitted it though, so no idea how much work to fit, but Chris didn't seem to indicate it was that much effort.

Thanks for all the replies :y: , just got out of hospital come off a quad at 25 mph was a softish landing ! lol .
Ideally would like to have that perfect finish , so looking for a non sunroof model or find a good body shop who could do this without the need of that panel is the way forward , in all my years owning a Saxo this has been the bit that always annoyed me those leaky sun roofs ! :wall:

I think you'll struggle to get somebody to put a plate in flush as the roof tends to warp. Best bet is to get a full non-sunroof panel from a scrap yard if you don't want to plate the hole.
