Wishbone bush removal

Whats the best way to get these out? (both wishbone bushes) I have my own press and have pressed the balljoints out no problem but the bushes are at a pretty awkward angle am I better off burning them out or is there a way to press them? cheers

I burned them out, I wouldn't do that again, I saw someone use a drill

I chucked them in the burning bin in the garden in the end come back 20 mins later and the rubbers just fell off left them to cool then hacksawed the remaining metal sleeves out. Obviously not a good idea to do that if your balljoints are still in there but id already removed mine. I did try the drill method but I gave up with that after snapping 3 drill bits!
