So coming to take stuff out the boot tonight to find it wet though. Carpet is soaked. Seals look fine and protecting it from water on tailgate.

Is their a seal that holds the spare wheel in that cold of gone or missing that when on motorway and wet roads is spitting back and causing it to leak though into boot?

If it is a seal or gromets that has gone where can I get one from?

Checked their fine. took carpet out and trying to work out where it is coming in going to have have a drive round get wet and see where it builds up from looking at carpet its at the tailgate end near to where boot locks up and also where spare wheel hole is but that is tight and also sealed up so more checking to do

So had a look more into it this morning. Leak is what looks like tailgate seal that goes round top sections fine bottom that is on the lip where locking section is is leaking in from the channel and is running though the boot lock by looks of it and dribbling down into the boot section. The insulation looks in good condition but still not sure how it is collecting water has both sides top and half way down are dry. Just the bottom lip. Any ideas where this cold be coming from? Could this be maybe window washer motor grommet and or tailgate seal on window fucked?
