Had my Saxo stood for about 2 years, I want to start it up and move it. When I tried starting it I just got a click, so I put a brand new battery on it. Still get a click when trying to start it. So I tried jump starting it... But it just clicks. Changed the starter motor and it just clicks.... What elce could it be 🤔😓

Need to find out what is clicking mate. Usually it's the starter motor solenoid engaging but not having enough juice in the battery to power the motor, but if you've put a new battery in then something else. Check the earth straps on the engine and gearbox as they may have rotten off.
To bodge it you could connect a jumper cable to the negative pole on the battery and clip it to the starter casing. Flick the key and see if it cranks.....

I'll give that ago, probably a long shot maybe I'm just unlucky and got another faulty starter from the scrappy knowing my luck.. The click I'm sure it's comming from the starter.

Well I'm not suggesting that you do this, but there are some rough arses around. With the starter motor at your feet connect the negative jump lead from the battery to the starter casing, with the positive lead from the battery to the big terminal on the starter, be very careful at this point that the 2 do not come in contact as just like in the Ghostbusters film if they cross it could be very bad. Now you will also will need a piece of wire to go from the solenoid terminal back to the jump lead on the big terminal DON'T CONNECT yet.
Make sure the started motor cannot go anywhere, stand on it, or better still get your mate to stand on it, then flash the wire from the solenoid onto the jump lead, the starter motor should try to engage. You can put it in a vice if you have one big enough.
Seriously though this does work but there is a danger that the jump leads CANNOT touch or you run the risk of the battery being trashed.

Could be cut off from crash button is stuck on, try taking the battery off and back on then push the big red button down near where the battery is, should be located just above battery on same side of engine bay.

Could also be fuel pump issue...

Tap the starter casing with a mallet, the solenoid is sticking.

+1
If still no good get a friend to turn it over as you whack it might give it a bit more incentive to move.
If that doesn't work remove from car and throw it as hard as you can down the driveway like a shotput, worked for me twice..

I had the same problem after leaving a Saxo 3 months, nothing wrong with battery or starter motor ( I swapped for known good ones) but all I got was a click, just wasn't spinning the engine over. I thought engine had seized but it turned out to be the alternator that had seized and wasn't letting the engine turn over. So loosen the alternator belt and see if you get any joy.
