Diesel box is too long for S engine.
S box is much more suited.

A decent clutch will be of benefit but unless it's a extremely modified then standard is more than adequate. People who say a diesel box will improve the car are talking rubbish, it's pretty much the longest box you can get

The best box for a VTS is a VTS box, end of lol.

VTS box, the rallye or xsi ones are the only standard boxes worth fitting to a 16v or a 1.1 if you are skint but it'll die a quick death if abused.

cheers ill stick the s box in when i do the engine change. The car is really starting to p**me off the car wont stop over heating whopped some k seal in it today no more oil in the water changed the fan switch sensor still no fan at all and the brakes, changed all the bleed nipples and its still hitting the floor so suspect theres a blowen cylinder in the right rear driver side drum. because it sucks the air back up and doesnt have a steady stream just spurts out bloody car is going to cost me a fortune in the end.
