Righto, my VTR is fully covered in my mums name at the mo (so we could get road tax).

And im gonna just add me as a driver when i pass as its 2 GRAND CHEAPER than it would be to go fully comp on my own.

But on my 17th birthday how much you reckon itd be to add me on for 30days on a provisional only??

Also who would be entitled to sit in passenger seat?? only my mum??? or anyone who has held a full UK driving license for over 2 years??

6 weeks today til im 17 :D:D:D

Cheers guys

if you are insured under your mum then you only have to have a someone in the passenger seat who holds a full licence and has had it for 3 years (i think its 3 years) and i think they must be over 21.

its not possible to predict how much its going to cost you!

what someone else pays will be totally different to what you pay...

ring up insurance and ask

why not just get insured on that till you pass then? why bother forking out extra to insure a vtr for 30 days? just keep it tooked away and save money

cruise are gay frankly.

save yourself the hassle and get insured on the car you are going to take the test in. that way you learn only that particular car mechanics and there is no pissing around trying to learn a new method driving. Each car is different and the last thing you want is to be confuse yourself under the pressure of exam conditions.
