Hi ladies and gents, new to the site and to Citroen, I'm formally a Vauxhall man through and through, up until recently did have a Corsa c v6 heavily modified and very quick but have decided to break that in order to save for an Evo, so needed a little car to get around, my friend has been in about getting a saxo for along time to me, after a few weeks of scanning found one decent price and went to view.

Went down on the Friday and looked, the Car had low mileage and is immaculate full history has been off the road 3 years in a garage after the clutch went. All been rebuilt along with new brakes and everything else with it, took it out for a test drive and instantly put a smile on my face it's like a little go kart.

Anyway gave the man his money and was on my way it's surprisingly quick for what it is I wasn't going to modify it just keep it simple......however Saturday morning came and somehow I had purchased x5 vts alloys, 4-2-1 manifold, racetube, backbox, gti leather interior, lowering springs and struts, needs to say she is quickly coming along. Next week in collecting a show cage and a smooth bonnet.

I shall post pictures tommorow after a good polish (weather permitting), look forward to meeting you all

Similar to me, after years spent modifying a mk3 astra turbo I went without a toy for a while.
Picked up a cheap VTS with the intention of just driving it...next thing I know I've bought a whole load of performance mods for it, lol
