So after trying to diagnose the issue for a while, I've finally spotted the problem.

New rack job, or track rod ends and see if it makes and difference?
Are you lowered? If so it'll happen again if you change those parts.

To add, the front end was stripped down and I had Faulkners fitted, surely the garage would've spotted bent track rod ends?

Yes mate, previously on pikey 50mm springs and literally this week switched to 160lb 35mm Faulkners/Grams springs.

Any way to fix it permanently without having to raise the height? Happened on mine as well

It appears to be a tad wonky, the rack itself.

Your track rod ends are on the wrong way around, that one should be on the other side of the car to give more clearance see the way the threaded bit is on the left it should be on the right. This might not completely solve the rubbing but you will get a lot less.
Also the boot off the end of your steering rack is missing if you hadn't noticed

Here's how mine looks

Which means he's right you have your track rod ends on the wrong sides

I'll check mine and see if they are on the correct side as well

Someone had mentioned to be on Facebook mate, picked up two Firstline items this morning and will be replacing as soon as this monsoon disappears.
I had noticed about the boot as well, honest :homme:

I think too if I remember correctly, you can bend the steering arm out of the way(just slightly)

Problem rectified, it was indeed the o/s track rod end causing the issue!
