How are the floor pans for rust?

Does the front passenger floor pan rot when the sunroof is leaking bit of a daft question just its been wet alot and im concerned .:afro:

The floorpans rot in various places and not always related to the sunroof,because there are drainage places in the floor(near the jacking points)Which get blocked allowing water to sit there.

Normaly you get rot holes or rust patches under the vt kit at the jacking points.
seen this on few now,had to weld the sills on Bummers vts last week.
