5dr and 3dr wing compatability

Hi all,

I've done a search going back 4 + years for this but cant see this being answered.

I have a 5 dr mk2 and need to replace the front driver wing as it is dented beyond filling.
My paint code is EZRC and can find plenty of wings in other silver codes but none in my EZRC until now.
I have located a wing in good condition which I would hope would simply bolt off/on however the wing comes from a 3 dr.

The fronts of the Mk2 Saxo all look the same and it seems it is just from the front door hinges backwards where the changes occur so I am wondering if the wings are all the same especially mounting points.

Anyone have any knowledge ?

Straight fit mate,wings off a 3dr door saxo are no different to those off a 5dr saxo & vice versa.

The only difference is that wings from a furio, vtr & vts have holes for the arch extensions1

Sorry to say that even though the wing was advertised on ebay when I inquired it had long gone.

Ezrc was most popular silver in the base models so most scrap yards should have at least one I would of thought. Depending on how close a match you want I would be tempted to get a black one or a dark colour and get it painted, you're looking at like £10 for the wing and £30 cash to paint as it can be painted and baked with something else and it's money in their pocket.

Also your paint code is only EZR the c just means it's a varnished metallic. So try looking for EZR on your search.
