Good evening, I have a Citroen Saxo, 1.1 petrol engine, 40kW, 1996, yesterday I bought a stepper motor and took it crazy to idle speed after installation. adaptation should be done stepper motor? how to do this adaptation? thank you

After installation you need to turn ignition on for seconds then off again then repeat for another 5 times. Once this is complete turn the engine on with no accelerator pressed.
Just a note if it's not a genuine stepper then you will most likely have some sort of issues Saxos don't seem to like aftermarket stepper motors

is not a genuine Bosch stepper motor, a stepper motor is manufactured by AIC germany, was cheaper, it may not be adapting this engine?

Some work some don't. Until you try it you won't know.
