Someone that can lower 2003 vtr front and rear required??!! North east or I can travel

Hi everyone , I'm new to this and wandering if there is anyone on here that can lower my Saxo in the north east ? Or anywhere within 50 miles of Durham. I already have the springs ready to be fitted and need the rear doing also. I have tried all the garages I could find and no one will do the back , only the front which is no good really if I can't get the back done. I'd be very grateful for any assistance with this!

How savvy are u with the spanners mate how old is the car ?? It's not a hard job to do just a pain if things are rusted
