Does anyone know the trick?

Cleaned me car again last night and locked her away in the garage till this morning, me being a bit sleep this morning opened the drivers window, this got the window wet and obviously made smears.

Does anyone know the trick to stop the smears, do you have to dry the rubber or something?

its the seal inside the windows

could use a hairdryer to dry them

something you have to live with as the seal gets damp when washed etc.

I know but the only thing dirty on me whole car is the one window now, ill just have to suffer to heat in future

do you keep a damp chammy in your boot? good trick for when you have parked up on a hot day and wound the windows up. just keep the chammy in a plastic bag.
