Outer sill panels?

Does anyone know if replacement outer sills are actually available for the saxo? ive searched for them but I cant even find an image of a replacement panel online nevermind one for sale anywhere..

never seen one either, it doesnt have any compound curves sould be easy enough to fabracobble one from sheet, going to be under the side skirt anyway
