Side indicator surround

Re Saxo Forte 1.2 Year 2000

My offside side indicator (the one just ahead of the drivers door) has pulled away from the bodywork (but is still working) due to the lugs breaking away.

I have duct taped it in place and can obtain a replacement sealed bulb unit but I need the plastic surround with the lugs.

Have searched Ebay etc with no luck.

Any ideas ?
