Short shift on Saxo 8v

I am looking to install a short shift turret on my saxo
but i have no idea how to do it - can anyone provide a guide, maybe with pictures, to how this item is installed?

Undo bolt under car undo 4 nuts lift old one up. Fit new one reverse of removal.
