Central locking

Hi. I had some issues with my old central locking unit. I replaced it with a hawk central locking system
I managed to install the wiring successfully. How is the door actuator is supposed to mount on the inside of the door on the rear ? Because how it is now, no matter how much i adjust it it doesnt want to close the door fully.

Too dark for that now :p have you got any idea ho it comes mounted from the factory ?

I managed to drill some holes in the door and now all 4 doors close and open properly. However the rear right door sometimes fails to close by a bit. I ThInk the door locks are in need of a good cleaning and oiled up. I can feel they are a bit stiff
