The exhaust is meant to stick out sideways because its the specific one for the car and model.

that exhaust still looks stupid from the side. is it a screw on tail pipe or full exhaust?

the rest of the car is looking nice though.

ignore threads 6 & 7 it was my brother pissing about.

I am keeping the wheels and bodykit standard cus i think they look good as standard on the VTS.

I have done a bit to it since i bought it in january:

OMP Brake pads all round,
Grooved discs all round,
Painted calipers red all round,
Chrome parts in engine bay - still planning to polish rocker cover,
Pipercross induction pipe & air filter,
Peco BB4 Back box,
Sparco Strut Brace,
Sparco Pedals.

I would like to put a 4 - 2 - 1 manifold and a stainless system on, does anybody know how hard this is.

Piece of cake getting exhaust and manifold on if you've got some ramps!
Like the idea of keeping it looking standard, although if you're planning engine mods make sure you pay special attention to your brakes and ssuspension first!!!

Thanks for the advice, i replaced the discs for grooved ones and OMP pads and they work REALLY well, the suspension was done when i bought it and its just how i want it.

Will it pass the MOT with a cat by pass pipe or would i have to have a sports cat?

please change exhaust and remove the vts from underneath the saxo badge on tailgate.

it looks like your bumper is smoking a cigerette

You will need to put the cat back on when it comes to MOT time. Won't pass without. Glad you're doing things in the right order. So many people try to get their cars faster without thinking about how it will handle or how it will stop again!!
