Push the clutch down a couple of times, make sure there is no grinding, or if it feels too tight or too loose..

yea the best thing to do is take it for a test drive and anything that dosnt sound right check it.
if your going to spend alot i would get it checked by the AA. if your a member you will get a discount. if not its about £80 but its worth it if your going to spend alot.
hope it helps mate.

If you open the drivers door and it falls off, try not to buy the car...

if its been lowered get it up to some speed on a bumpy road and nail the brakes. If it tramlines like fuck then the suspension will need sorting

lmao :fcuk:
suspension shocks etc (press down and it should bounce back up straight away, if it bounces about then there fucked) , ask if its been modified in any way, just take it on a test drive thats the best way, or if your not confident enough get a hpi check and get the RAC ao AA to check it over

When you take it for a test drive, park it in a different postition from where you left it. Then if it has an oil leak you will be able to see.
