I can confirm that it is the legends at LAD trying to get one over on us after Ant stopped the cheque on payment for the recent car. He had the old saxo off us in part payment for the new 205, and as most of you know the car didnt complete stage 1 of the first rally due to shitty workmanship.

This is his way of trying to pull us down, well he wont succeed. :gives:

No thats not what im saying.

In the past MANY saxo's have produced 180bhp from those megar mod's... BUT only if tested on the CORRECT rolling road ;)

It's just a shame that 97.9% of rolling roads around the country aren't upto the standards of those of B.O.Y Motorsport. ;)

Hi guys, just got on the net in work
Just to let you know the cheque was stopped as the car I received was a death trap !!!!
Brake lines rubbing on bodywork, fuel pipes touch the alternator fan, carbs pissing fuel in a hot engine bay, a roll cage not welded properly,seats not mounted properly and a rear beam that was supposed to be completely rebuilt that had an oval tube to start with i.e fukin the new bearings straight away........ the list goes on and on
This morning I had a call from Cheshire Police who had been forwarded an allegation of deception from the Lancashire Force after I stopped the cheque. I told him the story about the shitty job so we will see if he pursues it any further.... Hope so cos Ive got so much evidence I'll take him to the cleaners.
Oh by the way he likes cash jobs, he's had over 20k off me in the last 2 years her majestys customs and excise. vat free L.A.D

I know of one VTS that had that problem, went into a roundabout at high speed, hole in the brakeline = 80% reduction in braking as a minimum

Earnie , believe or not is 60+ and his son is 30ish. Jak has this morning reported them to Trading Standards and E-bay both of whome are looking into these piss taking bastards. Now I'm the first to admit I'm no Seb Loeb but L.A.D were more than happy to plaster the yellow Saxo with their name so "Wonna be rally driver" I don't think so, maybe wanna be Motorsport Company(the idiots can't even spell)
The car is now in the safe hands of Wettenhall Motorsport near Nantwich. It's been a pleasure doing business with them. They tell you whats wrong,what your options are and give you a price before hand. If it's any different or there are any problems then they phone you. It's owned by two brothers who both rally so they know what there talking about and not just after making a fast buck. I now have the car back running sweet and everything that L.A.D hadn't done or not done properly has been done to a very high standard. The car was also ready when they said it would be not like L.A.D always 7-8 weeks late.......

Fond memories of the little beastie ! Anyway just off to buy a strut brace a basic rally car item which that PROFESIONAL motorsport company LAD forgot to put on the car when it was being built. They even forgot to put in the intercom before the last event.
