haha title doesnt have much relivance thank god but why the hell are petrol stations no longer accepting cheques? i run shoret of cash every month the week of payday so normally write a cheque for fuel but now im gonna be stuffed.

Guy who works their recons no petrol stations are accepting cheques as of 1st October! How crap!!! :homme:

i dunno y they arnt accepting a cheque, end of day a CHEQUE GARENTEE card means they are garenteed their money so wots the boody problem, this is going to cause me some slight problems before payday haha

Guys, the reason cheques are being stuffed is because its just an old technology.
Apparently, a cheque is used in 1 of 1000 transactions, so companies just don't see the point in them anymore. I'm all for it really, just a bit shit at the end of the month, like you said. :(
